At Oxford Kids Childcare, we are dedicated to creating a nurturing, stimulating and welcoming environment for all children. Our unique programs incorporate a variety of educational theories, while always keeping the child’s best interest in mind and allowing for hands-on, experiential learning. We believe in building the excitement in children for knowledge and to foster age-appropriate learning and growth in a comfortable and nurturing environment. We are more than just a daycare. The Educational goals at Oxford Kids are to challenge and stimulate the students to promote cognitive, social, emotional and physical development and best prepare our students for their school years.
Who We Are
Programs
Oxford Kids Childcare offers an academic curriculum that includes: Literacy, Math, Creative Arts, Science, Music, Phonics, and Physical Development as well Social development. Students at Oxford Kids share the same curriculum focus, with 4 programs that are designed to individually cater to each of our age groups. In each Program, our students experience curriculum and activities that include each area of development, designed to help individually nurture and educate our children.

LITERACY
Literacy is an incredible part of early childhood. Our focus is to allow students to experience beautiful story telling each day at OKC. Story telling through books, visual pictures, felt board, puppetry and imagination.
MATH
Our Math curriculum introduces basic math concepts in a fun and exciting way. We introduce a new math focus each month including counting, shapes, number recognition, patterning, and measurement.

CREATIVE ART
Our creative arts curriculum allows children to express their creative selves through arts, crafts, movement and music, all of which are a key component to a fun day.

SCIENCE
Science at OKC allows students to explore our amazing world and its beauty from right inside the classroom. From science experiments to onsite field trips, we love to explore and learn about our world.

PHONICS
OKC offers the FUN FAMILY PHONICS Program. This incredible phonics curriculum allows children to learn each letter of the alphabet and focus on its phonetic sound and printing formation.
SOCIALS
We encourage children to develop social skills through everyday learning. Our goals is to create a comfortable environment where children feel confident to build positive social relationships with others.
